ESI provides training in more than 100 countries for individuals and organizations. As instructional design consultants, Lack Consulting Service, LLC has developed and revised training curriculum in the area of project management, and finance & outcomes management courses.

Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)
Virginia Department of Transportation requires annual certification of all state employees and contractors in their area of expertise. Lack Consulting Service, LLC has teamed up with other area consultants in the development of e-learning certifications to meet VDOT Materials Division Certification Program requirements.

Circuit City Stores:
Lack Consulting Service, LLC has an in-depth knowledge of the retail organization. For over 12 years, John Lack worked as an instructional designer for Circuit City Stores. He has developed numerous e-learning and traditional training curriculums that included training courses, case studies, simulations, skill validations, exams, and supporting process documentation currently being used by Circuit City Stores employees.

Wyle Laboratories:
Wyle Laboratories supplied the technical services required by NASA for their wind tunnel systems located on Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. While John Lack worked at Wyle Laboratories, he facilitated and provided hands-on training for NASA’s wind tunnel systems. Additionally, he developed and maintained the NASA Langley Research Center wind tunnel site manuals.
